Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build talent pipelines
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
