Responsibilities

• Support physician hiring for RPO healthcare clients
• Provide strategic leadership to recruiting teams
• Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage project tightly end to end, ensuring quality assurance
• Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent recruitment leadership experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in recruiting with experience managing a recruiting team
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices
• Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW as it relates to business
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations
