Responsibilities

• Implement cost-effective recruitment functions
• Maintain a network of contacts to identify and source candidates
• Contact qualified candidates for job openings
• Execute local recruitment programs and provide company information
• Write and place job advertising
• Coordinate participation in events and job fairs
• Complete all phases of the Associate Hiring Process
• Handle applicant phone traffic and schedule appointments
• Conduct safety and new hire orientation for associates

Requirements

• Associate Degree in a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years’ experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Skilled trades recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting traveling skilled trades professionals
• Construction industry knowledge preferred
