Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors
- Identify potential customer leads and execute a sales funnel process
- Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets
- Develop proposals and manage sales process using Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years direct/outside sales/B2B experience
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
