Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors
• Identify potential customer leads and execute a sales funnel process
• Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets
• Develop proposals and manage sales process using Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years direct/outside sales/B2B experience
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
