Responsibilities

• Implement cost-effective recruitment functions
• Maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates
• Execute local recruitment programs and provide information about the company
• Write and place job advertising using various media platforms
• Coordinate participation in events and job fairs
• Complete all phases of the Associate Hiring Process
• Handle applicant phone traffic and schedule appointments
• Conduct safety and new hire orientation for all associate new hires

Requirements

• Associate Degree in a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years’ experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Experience recruiting traveling skilled trades professionals
• Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred
• Bilingual preference in Spanish
