Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent assessment and selection process

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred
