Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Cold calling 20–30 prospective customers daily
• Developing business with strategic staffing accounts and local businesses
• Expanding and retaining existing customers

Requirements

• 2+ years high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in light industrial capacity
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred

• Base pay range of $51,300 – $64,000 per year
• Total compensation package including benefits

The position is in-office in Rochester, NY, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
