Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates across the Life Sciences sector
• Partner with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to support hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage
• Develop strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Work towards targets with clear financial incentives
