Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
• Lead direct sourcing and end-to-end selection for various vacancies
• Leverage language skills to partner with regional hiring managers
• Analyze hiring data and market trends to deliver strategic talent recommendations
• Utilize modern sourcing tooling and RPO best practices to strengthen the client's Employer Value Proposition

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent advisory experience within an RPO, MSP, or global corporate environment
• Proven track record in recruiting for sales, manufacturing, technical maintenance, operations, or supply chain roles
• C1 / Near-Native French, fluent Polish and English
• Solid understanding of RPO processes, recruitment metrics/SLAs, and modern sourcing tools

Additional Information
