Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000.

Responsibilities

• Developing position specifications and search strategies with Consultants
• Conducting industry-specific research and mapping the executive talent landscape
• Contacting prospective candidates and conducting in-depth interviews
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
• Contributing to client relationship management

Requirements

• 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
