Responsibilities

• Ensure the design and implementation of invoicing solutions
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
• Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs
• Deliver Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, and Interface designs
• Serve as a conduit between customers and the software development team
• Develop requirements specifications using standard templates

Requirements

• Prior hands-on billing or accounts receivable experience
• Technical and functional working knowledge of billing systems
• Experience creating technical work instructions
• Experience auditing and reconciling financial discrepancies
• Understanding of tax implications and compliance issues
• Experience with invoice element mapping in Mainframe
• Direct experience configuring or maintaining PeopleSoft or Workday preferred
• Experience in customer implementation workflows preferred
• Staffing-industry back-office operational experience preferred

• Annual base pay between $73,875.00 and $98,500.00
