Responsibilities
- Establish and develop client relationships with finance and accounting leadership
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities
- Consult with hiring managers and serve as a client partner
- Market services and candidates to fulfill talent needs in accounting, finance, tax, and audit
- Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- Achieve established sales and performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a staffing, recruiting, or consulting role
- Experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting highly preferred
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
