Responsibilities

• Establish and develop client relationships with finance and accounting leadership
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities
• Consult with hiring managers and serve as a client partner
• Market services and candidates to fulfill talent needs in accounting, finance, tax, and audit
• Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Achieve established sales and performance goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a staffing, recruiting, or consulting role
• Experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting highly preferred
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
