Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research
- Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies
- Assist in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of Search information
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ professional experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Prior experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
