Compensation

Base salary between €2,850 and €3,300 per month, plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit and select new talent through innovative digital channels
• Conduct engaging intake interviews and guide candidates enthusiastically
• Collaborate closely with the talent lead to achieve recruitment goals
• Contribute creatively to process improvements during the digital transition

Requirements

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Excellent networking skills
• Fluent in Dutch
