Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle including business development and account management
- Identify and engage new businesses and expand existing client accounts
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements
- Identify potential talents for key clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and negotiate salary packages
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit, or related fields
- Strong communication skills
