Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle including business development and account management
• Identify and engage new businesses and expand existing client accounts
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements
• Identify potential talents for key clients
• Conduct candidate interviews and negotiate salary packages

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit, or related fields
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Teamwork and leadership skills
