Responsibilities

• Screen job applicants and qualify them for assigned positions
• Drive the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent
• Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
• Overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services
• Ability to make quality decisions and meet timelines
• Proficiency with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of four months. The position may also be eligible for a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
