Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular recruiting updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
