Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clinicians through various outreach channels
• Conduct initial candidate qualification conversations
• Maintain accurate candidate records within Salesforce
• Build relationships with prospective clinicians
• Educate candidates on career opportunities
• Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter interviews
• Execute outbound call and email campaigns
• Meet established productivity metrics

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, healthcare staffing, sales, customer service, or call center environments
