Compensation

Base salary of $45,000 annually plus uncapped weekly commission, increasing to $55,000 after one year.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Building talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Partnering closely with Account Managers to understand client hiring demands
• Developing strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
• Managing the onboarding process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Staying informed on local labor market trends
• Participating in community engagement and networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment
