Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for DL and IDL positions
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for high-volume DL hiring and specialist IDL recruitment
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and drive hiring outcomes
• Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Provide talent market intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure compliance with recruitment processes

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for DL and IDL positions
• Strong experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, engineering, or industrial environments
• Ability to manage high-volume DL hiring and specialist IDL recruitment
• Experience in an RPO environment or recruiting for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing organizations
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities
