Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and screen candidates for Direct Labour positions
• Support Recruiters in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract suitable candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability and interest
• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to align sourcing activities
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Explore innovative sourcing strategies to reach candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness and contribute ideas for improvement
• Collaborate with the Korn Ferry RPO team to support recruitment targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related activities
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment or Direct Labour hiring within manufacturing
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as JobStreet and LinkedIn
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Additional Information

This is a maternity cover position from November 2026 to February 2027, with a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.
