Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate and manufacturing functions
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement
• Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights to support HR and business leaders
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the client’s employer brand
• Manage candidate and requisition data across multiple systems
• Participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events to attract top talent
• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, and metrics
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred
