Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring plans and develop recruiting strategies
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding
• Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions and hiring approaches
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for candidate pipelines
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Use recruiting data to track progress and provide updates to business leaders
• Improve recruiting processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for specialized roles
• Strong organizational skills
