Compensation

Gross base salary between €3,200 and €4,500, with additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and bind highly qualified professionals in the banking and insurance sector
• Proactively approach the market and conduct in-depth qualitative conversations
• Advise professionals on their career steps in banking or insurance
• Provide expertise for complex regulatory and financial advisory issues

Requirements

• HBO or WO work and thinking level with a completed bachelor's degree
• At least two years of experience as a recruiter
• Strong affinity with the banking & insurance sector
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
