Responsibilities

• Organize all facets of a candidate’s interview process, including scheduling and communication
• Manage job openings and posts in the Applicant Tracking System
• Provide exceptional experiences for candidates, including office tours
• Support the training of new interviewers
• Develop relationships with internal teams and improve processes
• Support onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
