Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new business
- Build and manage relationships with hiring leaders and key decision-makers
- Drive all aspects of the consultative sales process including prospecting and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with the delivery team to align candidate submissions with client needs
- Stay informed of market trends and emerging technology needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–5+ years of new business development experience in technology staffing
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
