Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement efforts with a focus on advanced digital network solutions
• Act as the strategic advisor and primary client contact for major telecom accounts
• Identify where AI and automation can deliver measurable impact
• Collaborate with recruiters and solution architects to deliver tailored solutions
• Drive client discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points
• Build and sustain senior-level relationships within telecom organizations
• Translate technical hiring needs into strategic talent engagements

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in telecom
• 5+ years as a Senior Manager or Director in a technical function
• 3-5+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions
• Experience with Data Transformation, network modernization, AI-readiness, IoT
• Previous hiring experience for technical teams
