Compensation

$45,000 + (COLA where applicable) + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the recruiting cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools and technologies
• Leverage market expertise to advise clients on hiring decisions
• Negotiate compensation packages for candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Additional Information
