Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools
• Develop and optimize sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
• Measure and monitor effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
• Assist clients in developing a compelling employee value proposition
• Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
• Develop candidate relationship management strategies
• Gather competitive intelligence and create talent maps
• Provide support, advice, and coaching to team members

Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
• Experience in light industrial production roles and/or corporate functions
• Ability to be onsite 2 days weekly in downtown Denver
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma; 4-year degree preferred
