Responsibilities

• Source and engage travel nurses through outbound calls, texting, email, and database activity
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future travel assignments
• Conduct screening and qualification calls to assess licensure, clinical experience, availability, and assignment preferences
• Match candidates to open travel assignments based on skills, location, and client requirements
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to support redeployment and repeat placements
• Discuss and negotiate compensation and assignment details with candidates
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting activity metrics
• Track and maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and notes within the ATS

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree and 0–2 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 2–4 years of professional experience
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales, recruiting, or high-volume environment
• Ability to manage high call volume / outbound outreach activity
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Benefits

• Pay Rate $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly
• Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location
• This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission
