Responsibilities

• Analyze and support compensation data for client companies
• Conduct job analysis and evaluation through discussions with clients
• Assist clients in preparing data for compensation data collection
• Provide market comparison analysis and reporting to clients
• Support the design and improvement of HR systems for clients
• Participate in regional and global projects related to compensation and evaluation systems

Requirements

• Native level Japanese fluency
• Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or higher)
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience in HR or organizational consulting
• Strong communication skills
