Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments
• Collaborate with clients to provide innovative solutions
• Proactively address potential issues to exceed client expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales and recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
