Responsibilities

• Review client contracts and related documents to identify insurance provisions
• Evaluate contractual risk transfer requirements and ensure alignment with company policies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance requirements
• Draft and maintain standard insurance and risk management contract language
• Support issuance of AMN Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to clients
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders regarding contractual risk transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3–6 years of relevant experience in risk management, insurance, or contract review
• High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of relevant experience in risk management, insurance, or contract review
• Direct experience reviewing insurance provisions in client or vendor contracts
