Compensation
$36.06 per hour, equating to $75,000+ annually, plus commissions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new accounts for Locum Tenens services
- Proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships
- Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
- Submit appropriate candidates for Locum Tenens assignments
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
- Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in a sales position
- Experience in Locum Tenens staffing preferred
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
