Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to assess workforce needs
• Create and manage job postings, work orders, and onboarding activities
• Monitor requisitions, candidate pipelines, and work orders daily
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers
• Partner with suppliers to drive candidate quality and onboarding timeliness
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and contingent labor policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, staffing, recruiting, HR operations, or customer service
• Experience supporting hiring managers, suppliers, and recruiting teams in a customer-facing environment
• Strong experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Base pay range of $51,300 to $68,400 per year
• Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position
