Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across multiple requisitions
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication
• Provide market intelligence and candidate feedback to hiring managers
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer processes and support negotiations
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet hiring goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within electronics manufacturing, engineering, or related environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
