Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of life science, engineering, and professional roles
• Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, including panel interviews
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS
• Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in life science and engineering
• Proven ability to recruit across professional roles
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
