• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready worker records
• Conduct pre-engagement screening and background checks
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to address risks and issues

Requirements

• Proven track record in a Compliance, HR or Payroll function
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Recruitment industry experience
