Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of researchers conducting mixed-methods research
• Guide the research team through AI transformation in internal processes
• Share research insights to deepen understanding of user needs
• Partner with Design and leadership to utilize user research effectively
• Define long-term strategy and short-term tactics based on user insights

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant user research experience
• 3+ years of people-management and leadership experience
• Experience managing and developing a team of user researchers
• Experience in financial technology, particularly payment processing
