Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated account or accounts within assigned territory
- Meet annual targets for growth and profitability
- Promote strong customer service and relationships
- Resolve employee relations issues in coordination with HR
- Conduct regular business reviews and present corrective action strategies
- Develop sales leads and source new users of services within existing customers
- Network with civic and professional organizations to develop sales leads and new business
Requirements
- At least 2 years of client management and sales experience
- Experience in technology or related service industry is ideal
