Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated account or accounts within assigned territory
  • Meet annual targets for growth and profitability
  • Promote strong customer service and relationships
  • Resolve employee relations issues in coordination with HR
  • Conduct regular business reviews and present corrective action strategies
  • Develop sales leads and source new users of services within existing customers
  • Network with civic and professional organizations to develop sales leads and new business

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of client management and sales experience
  • Experience in technology or related service industry is ideal
