Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
• Update recruitment trackers and hiring reports
• Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Assist the Delivery Centre team on recruitment administration tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Detail-oriented
• Organized
• Able to multitask
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
