Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sourcing lifecycle from intake to candidate submission
• Source, screen, and manage active candidates, passive talent, and referrals
• Conduct phone or video screening calls and assess cultural and technical fit
• Join or lead intake sessions with Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers
• Review CVs for pattern recognition and optimize search queries
• Maintain real-time records of candidate activity and productivity
• Keep applicant tracking systems and CRMs up-to-date

Requirements

• Proven track record in a recruiter or sourcer role
• Fluency in English and German (C1 level or higher)
• Demonstrated mastery of diverse sourcing methodologies
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• University degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent professional ability
