• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to use AI and real-time data in hiring
• Experience in partnering with hiring teams
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates
