Responsibilities

• Recruit and build relationships with experienced finance and accounting professionals

• Match consultants to project and interim leadership opportunities
• Provide career guidance, coaching, and ongoing support throughout assignments
• Build and maintain a strong network within the local finance and accounting community
• Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional talent solutions for clients
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation changes, and hiring activity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Professional experience in accounting, finance, consulting, recruiting, staffing, banking, or professional services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working with senior-level professionals preferred
• CPA, MBA, or other professional credentials are a plus
