Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of candidate identification and engagement, focusing primarily on social media
• Identify candidates/clients through job board databases and existing candidate/client inventory
• Establish initial contact with prospects and conduct preliminary qualification interviews
• Package candidates in accordance with corporate standards
• Serve as subject matter expert for LinkedIn Recruiter
• Utilize innovative search techniques to expedite candidate discovery
• Identify and recommend emerging technologies and platforms for talent acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High School education and 2-4 years’ experience in a customer service environment or equivalent
• Staffing experience is a plus
