Responsibilities

• Handles outsourcing accounting related duties as assigned
• Prepare supporting documentation and post journal entries to QuickBooks or other ERP systems
• Ensure quality of customer services
• Participate in internal projects as assigned
• Perform other duties related to the assigned projects

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in Japanese and English
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Sage 50 or other ERP systems preferred
