- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
- Support recruitment for Industrial and Corporate roles up to middle management level
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage candidate information and recruitment progress accurately
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing across blue and white collar roles
- Experience sourcing and engaging large talent pools in a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach
