Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
• Support recruitment for Industrial and Corporate roles up to middle management level
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate information and recruitment progress accurately
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing across blue and white collar roles
• Experience sourcing and engaging large talent pools in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach
