Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across high-volume programs
• Source candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle
• Negotiate compensation packages
• Maintain accurate ATS records
• Support large-scale recruiting programs
• Provide leadership and coaching to recruiting teams
• Build and sustain client relationships
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend enhancements

Requirements

• Two years of full cycle recruiting in life sciences
• Commercial experience preferred
• Knowledge of business functions and strategy

Additional Information

This position is temporary for a 4–6 month engagement supporting a customer project. Travel is required approximately four weeks over a three-month period.
