Responsibilities

• Source, pre-screen, interview, and match candidates to client needs
• Manage leads through the recruitment pipeline and close contract offers
• Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate onboarding with credentialing
• Maintain regular communication with clinicians and support them through each assignment
• Build and nurture a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Update candidate records, documentation, and database files accurately
• Partner with sales and account managers to coordinate interviews and resolve issues
• Handle basic HR functions, including coaching, orientation assistance, and issue resolution

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for competition
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
