Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment and placement lifecycle, from sourcing to successful placements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of travel therapy professionals
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals
• Act as a trusted advisor for clinicians regarding career decisions
• Negotiate compensation and placement packages
• Maintain ongoing communication with traveling clinicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
